Holiday supplement 

Holiday pay is paid annually.

Paid holiday in advance

The company applies holiday pay in advance for all permanent employees.

Shortening of working hours (ATF)

For each completed work week, you receive time saved in a time bank. You can use this time as paid leave or paid additional salary.

Parental pay

Depending on your length of employment you may be entitled to additional parental pay. This is an additional amount on top of the compensation you receive from Försäkringskassan (the Swedish Social Insurance Agency).

Pension

As per your employment agreement, the company will contribute to your pension.

A web-based service that gives you a complete overview of your pension savings in Sweden, as well as a tailored analysis of how you can improve your portfolio and increase your return.
