Wellness/happiness

We invest in the well-being of our employees by offering various benefits, amenities, clubs and events.

Wellness and happiness through sports

We offer various benefits to help you improve your well-being and quality of life both inside and outside of work:

  • Fitness activities are offered during the workday. As part of the company’s investment in employee well-being, we provide a gym, a tennis court and a sports hall on site. The Tetra Pak health department offers different activities in our sports hall, including exercise classes, yoga, ball sports, running and much more. Feel free to contact Oasen to book an instructor for your first visit to the gym.
  • We offer a tax free and deductible wellness allowance (a subsidy in connection with an exercise activity). You have the opportunity to be reimbursed up to a maximum of 3,000 SEK per calendar year.

Wellness and happiness though clubs and social events

At Tetra Pak in Lund, you can join a number of clubs. Below is a selection of clubs and events. You can find the entire list of clubs at myBenefits.

Social events

Every year, the organisation ‘Kamratföreningen’ organises various social events and parties that you and your colleagues can attend:

  • Årsfesten – an annual fine dining party with live entertainment to celebrate the arrival of spring.
  • Trally – the traditional car orientation competition with a secret party destination as the goal.

  • Lucia – a traditional day in December in Sweden where you start the early morning with a nice cup of glögg (mulled wine), lussebulle (saffron bun) and gingerbread cookies while enjoying singing from a choir.
